A native of Georgia, Brandi Mitchell joined our team of steadfast professionals in 1998. After attending Southwest High School and Central High School in Macon, she studied psychology at Middle Georgia State University. She earned her CNA certification and Criminal Justice Diploma from Georgia Technical (Georgia Institute of Technology).
As a multitasker and dynamic worker, Brandi has served in many positions and is always one of the first to advocate a new improvement project. Brandi currently case manages and supervises multi-person homes, serves as the Chairperson of our Accessibility & Safety Committee, and co-manages our Admissions department. Brandi enjoys learning about other people and the complexities of each person’s life. Her sensitivity enables her to help others feel more confident when making their own choices and allowing their thoughts to be communicated without fear of judgment. Brandi’s goal is to help improve the quality of life and to set a positive tone in the lives of the People We Support.
Brandi is regarded as a good dancer and loves to entertain others. In her free time, Brandi enjoys spending time with her family and catching up on movies. While a seemingly stoic leader, Brandi says she is extremely nervous speaking in front of crowds!
